Here is my review of Unbreakable.
Story(9/10): This movie is about finding your destiny. Where it seems that it is all about a man trying to reconnect with his family, M. Night shows us that we must all find out what we are called to do in life. With an ending that is expected, but is still in a way sad and shocking, Unbreakable shows us that we must look past the obvious into the stuff that may seem extraordinary, but may also be real.
Acting(10/10): Bruce Willis, like his Sixth Sense counterpart, blows us away with a graceful intelligence for acting. Opposite him is Samuel L. Jackson, who's character is unnerving but pitied. Despite the fact of who he is, we pity why he became that way. Superb acting all the way.
Score(10/10): James Newton Howard. What more can be said? A great musician, he is a genius at what he does. Beautiful, moving music. Big thumbs up.
Overall: 9.5/10 This is brilliant cinema. M. Night, despite what some hata's say, is a great director and a wonderful writer. I only hope that I can follow his writing skills.
